We don’t offer individual meditations for public, but rather a structured program lasting about one month. During the classes you will have the opportunity to try different concentration and meditation exercises; we will also talk about healthy life style, inner discipline and the importance of physical fitness for inner strength and progress. All our classes are for free.

The meditation course consists of 10 meetings over 5 weeks. Every evening is different. We’ll try different concentration and meditation exercises and talk about practical things related to meditation. We’ll also talk about how meditation can support our dynamic and healthy life style. If you go through the whole course you can be sure that you get completely new perspective on your life!

We are volunteers that went through similar course years ago and it helped us to integrate meditation into our daily life. Our life got completely new direction by doing that. And now we want to provide this opportunity to you as well.
